PROPOSED ORDINANCES No. 808 – AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE AN ACT OF SALE BY THE PARISH OF CLAIBORNE TO SELL CERTAIN ADJUDICATED PROPERTIES (PARCEL No. 9500024311) BY PUBLIC AUCTION


The Claiborne Parish Police Jury has called a public hearing to request input from the public about its following proposed Ordinance No. 808 –


An Ordinance Authorizing an Act of Sale by the Parish of Claiborne to Sell Certain Adjudicated Properties (Parcel No. 9500024311) by Public Auction.


The Hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Office Complex located at 507 West Main Street, Homer, Louisiana.


A copy of the proposed ordinances is available on our website at www.claiborneparish.org and at the Claiborne Parish Police Jury Office Complex during the normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
