NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE No. 703 SECTIONS 82-41 thru 82-45 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE PARISH OF CLAIBONRE, STATE OF LOUISIANA, CONCERNING DAMAGES TO ROADS AND BRIDGES


The Claiborne Parish Police Jury has called TWO (2) public hearings to request input from the public about its following proposed amendments to Ordinance No. 703 – Sections 82-41 thru 82-45


An Ordinance Amending Sec 82-41 Amending the penalties for violation of said ordinance, Sec 82-44 Amending the cost of access permits under said ordinance and Sec 82-45 Amending the application process for access permits under said ordinance.


The First Hearing will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. in the Jury Chambers of the Police Jury Office Complex located at 507 West Main Street, Homer, Louisiana.


The Second Hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Office Complex located at 507 West Main Street, Homer, Louisiana.


A copy of the proposed ordinances is available on our website at www.claiborneparish.org and at the Claiborne Parish Police Jury Office Complex during the normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
