RE: Notice of Road Committee Meeting


A meeting of the Road Committee has been called for the morning of Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 9:05 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Complex located at 507 West Main Street in Homer, LA.


The agenda is as follows –


1. Discussion CPPH Hwy Dept 2013 RAM Pick-up Truck


2. Update on equipping all CPPJ Hwy Dept vehicles and equipment with GPS tracking for security purposes.


3. Discussion of timeline for promotion of the election for the new 2% sales tax concerning trash pickup within the Prish outside of the incorporated areas of Homer and Haynesville (current 1% expires on 12/31/2026) –


4. Any other personnel related issues.


5. Any other financial related issues.


6. Any other Parish building related issues.


7. Any other road, equipment, or other parish related issues
