6. Approval of January 7, 2026, regular meeting minutes as published in the Official Journal.


7. Payment of the January 2026 bills as approved by the Claims Committee.


8. Request from the Village of Athens, in a letter dated January 6, 2026, requesting help with certain street repairs on Mill Street. The work will be done under the Village’s ad valorem tax credit with any balance due being paid by the Village.

9. Reminder – one (1) hour of ethics training is required to be completed by December 31, 2026, for all Jurors and Parish Employees. - https://laethics.net/EthicsTraining/login.aspx


10. Reminder – one (1) hour of Sexual Harassment Training is required to be completed by December 31, 2026, by all Parish Employees – Department Heads and Jury Officers have a two (2) hour training requirement. - https://www.lma.org/LMA/LMA/Programs/Online_Training.aspx


11. Reminder – one (1) hour of Cybersecurity Training is required for all employees who have access to the Police Jury’s computer network system. - https://www.lma.org/LMA/LMA/Programs/Online_Training.aspx


12. Sealed bids will be received by the Claiborne Parish Library Board of Control, for the Haynesville Branch Project until 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at the Claiborne Parish Library located at 909 Edgewood Drive in Homer, LA


13. Notice – The Chamber of Commerce’s 60th Annual Banquet will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Fair Barn in Haynesville.


14. Resolution 2026-005 – A Special Resolution Declaring February 4, 2026, “GOLDEN TORNADO DAY” in Claiborne Parish in Honor of their EIGHTEENTH State Football Championship


15. Issuance and approval of the Parish’s Assurance Letter to DOTD’s Right of Way Section, as requested in a letter dated January 7, 2026.
