NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


PROPOSED ORDINANCES No. 803 – AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP OF ADJUDICATED PROPERTY TO LA R.S. 47:2236, ET SEQ.; AND FURTHER PROVIDING WITH RESPECT THERETO:


The Claiborne Parish Police Jury has called a public hearing to request input from the public about its following proposed Ordinance No. 803 –


An Ordinance Declaring the that the Claiborne Parish Police Jury intends to claim full ownership of the following property described as Parcel No. 9320122250: Lot #5, Block 1, Jerry Forch Addition #1, of Haynesville that has been adjudicated to the Claiborne Parish Police Jury since 2018.


The Hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Office Complex located at 507 West Main Street, Homer, Louisiana.


A copy of the proposed ordinances is available on our website at www.claiborneparish.org and at the Claiborne Parish Police Jury Office Complex during the normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
