Sealed bids are hereby invited by the Claiborne Parish Police Jury for the purchase of the above-mentioned vehicle. Specifications will be furnished with the bid form, and the furnished bid form must be used. Bid forms are available at the Claiborne Parish Police Jury Office, 507 West Main Street, Homer, Louisiana 71040. The sealed bids will be received by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at which time the said bids will be opened and read aloud. The said bids will be acted upon at the regular meeting of the Claiborne Parish Police Jury to be held September 10, 2025, at 10:00 am. The Claiborne Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. The Claiborne Parish Police Jury is a tax-exempt governmental body.
