A meeting of the Road Committee has been called for the morning of Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Complex located at 507 West Main Street in Homer, LA.


The agenda is as follows –


1. Update on Burn Ban that was signed on March 20, 2026


2. Reminder – Road millage of 7.22 mills and Equipment millage of 2.06 mills both expire on 12/31/2027 – need to be thinking about renewal dates & terms


3. Update on starting date for bushhogging and spraying from Road Superintendents Brant Cupp & Chad Verdin


4. Update from Mrs. Wesley Johnson with E&P Consulting on Parish’s adjudicated property program


5. Update from CMMC CEO Tina Haynes on hospital


6. Any other personnel related issues.


7. Any other financial related issues.


8. Any other Parish building related issues.


9. Any other road, equipment, or other parish related issues
