RE: Notice of Road Committee Meeting


A meeting of the Road Committee has been called for the morning of Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Complex located at 507 West Main Street in Homer, LA.


The agenda is as follows –


1. Discussion of meeting with Data Scout concerning Road Maintenance Software for the Hwy Dept.


2. Discussion about purchasing a 12-ft batwing cutter for the Hwy Dept, estimated cost $20,500.


3. Discussion of certain trash-pick related items.


4. Discussion of timeline for informational meetings concerning upcoming sales tax elections.


5. Any other personnel related issues.


6. Any other financial related issues.


7. Any other Parish building related issues.


8. Any other road, equipment, or other parish related issues
