RE: Notice of Road Committee Meeting


A meeting of the Road Committee has been called for the morning of Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Complex located at 507 West Main Street in Homer, LA.


The agenda is as follows –


1. Discussion of the results of the Nov 3 election concerning the two sales tax propositions for the continuation of rural curbside pickup in the Parish.


2. Update on the Off-System Bridge Program meeting on Monday, November 2 at the LADOTD Office in Bossier.


3. Notice – 2027 PJAL Annual Convention will be held March 3-5, 2027, at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Lake Charles


4. Discussion of demonstration and potential purchase of a Diamond 360 Cutter and the potential surplus of our existing two sidecutters


5. Presentation of the 2027 Health Ins Renewal Rates from the HR Dept


6. Discussion of the continued funding in 2027 for the CEC electric meter for CP Airport District #31


7. Any other personnel related issues.


8. Any other financial related issues.


9. Any other Parish building related issues.


10. Any other road, equipment, or other parish related issues
