RE: Notice of Road Committee Meeting


A meeting of the Road Committee has been called for the morning of Monday, August 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Complex located at 507 West Main Street in Homer, LA.


The agenda is as follows –


1. Mr. Marvin Burkhalter - Colonial Life Ins Representative to discuss new products that are available to the Parish Employees.


2. Discussion of the outside companies that may target Claiborne Parish water systems for purchase and takeover and what the CPPJ can do to warn the various water systems of this possibility.


3. Discussion of possible amendment to Ordinance No. 703 “Heavy Haulers Ordinance”.


4. Any other personnel related issues.


5. Any other financial related issues.


6. Any other Parish building related issues.


7. Any other road, equipment, or other parish related issues
